Nigel Millard is an international award-winning photographer. From his studio on Dartmoor, he works for clients worldwide. Nigel is also a volunteer crewman on Torbay Lifeboat.

Our Fine Art Limited Edition Prints are all made in the studio – each print is signed, embossed and numbered by Nigel and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.  Canvas Prints, also made in the studio are stretched and ready to hang. All of the prints are made and printed using Epson products.

Courage on our Coasts

For over 25 years, I have been photographing the work of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).

Courage on our Coasts represents an ongoing personal project that features the lifesaving work of the RNLI.

As a volunteer crewman on Torbay Lifeboat, I am able to provide a unique eyewitness insight into the charity and its dedicated volunteers.

Every day, people get into danger in the water. It’s a problem that we’re here to tackle. We save lives by providing a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service around the UK and Ireland. On the sea, on our beaches and in the classroom, we work hard to make the water a safer place for everyone. We share our experience with international partners to help those who are at greatest risk. We are independent of Government and rely on voluntary donations to pay for what we do. To find out more about our work, visit RNLI.org/millard

We have been working with Epson since 2013, initially on The Lifeboat: Courage on our Coasts outdoor touring exhibition and more recently with our Limited Edition Print range. Epson is a world leader in photographic and fine art printing and its technology produces the highest resolution and the widest colour gamut which ensures Nigel’s photography is reproduced to the highest standards. It’s a real pleasure working with the Epson team and we are proud to be associated with them.

Cameras Underwater Logo

Our association with Cameras Underwater

Cameras Underwater are proud to support the work of Photographer Nigel Millard and Surf and Turf Photography Workshops

We have been working with Cameras Underwater for over 12 years. At first, to construct bespoke housings to fit our Hasselblad kit but more recently using Ewa Marine Dive Housings and Rain Capes to protect our Nikon and Sony cameras on shoots and on Surf and Turf Photography Workshops.
Ewa Housings are an essential part of our location kit. They are lightweight, portable, flexible and durable allowing easy access to camera functions. A great bonus is the optically-neutral glass lens port that attaches directly to the lens offering excellent protection and supreme clarity. The housings allow us to continue shooting in extreme environments and in the most hostile weather and sea conditions. It’s great working with the friendly local team at Cameras Underwater and we are proud to collaborate with them.
