The LIFEFIRST campaign links the work of the RNLI Lifeboats at sea with the RNLI Lifeguards on the beaches.
Shot on location in Norfolk, 'Remain Stationary', 'Adjust Buoys', 'Pick up Buoys' are just three in a series of signals used by Lifeguards to communicate with each other.
