Whilst training with the RNLI, Nigel shot these beautiful images of Britains largest offshore wind farm. Its 8 miles off the coast of Liverpool in the Irish Sea. To give an idea of scale, there are 30 wind turbines each standing 80m high, each blade is 50m long and weighs over 18 tonnes. The training exercise involved lifeboats from Hoylake and New Brighton and addressed emergency evacuation procedures.
